How can we support you?
Committed to CSR and creating a Sustainable Business and looking for innovative ways to engage your employees in your company’s Sustainability journey?
Teambuilding for Sustainability
T4S Teambuilding for Sustainability programme aims at the organisation of events in which company teams’ work together to support community-based projects.
T4S team will organise these events for you – connecting your company with carefully selected social organisations, and ensuring a match of expectations and outcomes for all parties.
Since 2007 T4S has carried out hundreds of sustainable teambuilding projects; with overwhelmingly positive results for both companies and the social organisations they support.
The Sustainable Development Explorer
Providing sustainability training for employees is an important step towards creating a culture of sustainability. The T4S gives employees an understanding of what sustainability is and why it is important. It relates to the 17 UN SDGs.
The SDG activities can be organised internally to the company (e.g. creating new, sustainable processes) or externally (e.g. by supporting social or environmental initiatives). T4S Sustainable Development Explorer is a modular coaching & development programme. The team-work is supported by an innovative SDG explorer app which leads the teams through their explorations and developments, additional to the coaching.
Time4Society Europe (T4S Europe) creates opportunities for concrete experiences and direct encounters with projects and initiatives that create an impact for our societies.
T4S Europe comes with a tailor-made approach for European companies. Companies can choose the programme which best fits their needs in a progressive way based on a tailor-made, modular concept:
*T4S Teambuilding for Sustainability
One day organised societal teambuilding activities including a badge of participation.
*T4S Sustainable Development Explorer
Extending the T4S Teambuilding concept, the T4S Sustainable Development Explorer offers a comprehensive development programme designed to help employees become more aware of, and more engaged in, day-to-day corporate sustainability efforts. This programme is supported by a web-based self-learning programme and includes a qualification ‘Badge’.
